Nestled in the heart of historic Port Gibson, Mississippi – the town “too beautiful to burn” – our antebellum bed and breakfast offers an enchanting backdrop for your most treasured celebrations. Built in 1858, our meticulously restored mansion combines Old South grandeur with modern amenities, creating the perfect setting for intimate weddings and sophisticated private events.

The Mansion

Our three-story antebellum home features original hardwood floors, soaring 14-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and period furnishings that transport guests to a bygone era of Southern hospitality. The mansion accommodates up to 150 guests for receptions and 80 for seated ceremonies.

Booking Requirements

50% deposit to secure date
Final payment due 30 days prior
Signed contract required
Certificate of insurance recommended

Cancellation Policy

120+ days: Full refund minus $500 processing fee
60-119 days: 50% refund
Less than 60 days: No refund
Weather-related cancellations: Full rescheduling permitted

Event Guidelines

Events must end by 11 PM Sunday-Thursday, midnight Friday-Saturday
Amplified music restricted after 10 PM
No smoking inside historic building
Open flames require fire marshal approval
Decorations cannot damage original surfaces

Security & Insurance

Security deposit: $1,000 (refundable)
Event insurance required for groups over 75
Professional security available for large events
Damage repair costs charged separately
